SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping within Australia is free on orders over $100. Shipping rates on orders under $100 will vary based on package size and location. International shipping costs vary based off your location, and item weight. Some bulkier items including large protein tubs and gym equipment cannot be shipped internationally. You may incur import charges on international packages, please contact your local authorities for further information regarding duties and imports.
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days using Australia Post or Sendle when sent locally throughout Australia. Items are shipped from Adelaide, Australia, So please allow 3-7 working days for delivery times throughout Metropolitan Australia and 5-9 days for Rural Australia, depending on which state you live in.
For overseas orders shipping time varies greatly, however you will be emailed a tracking code to keep track of your products.
Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return an item. In the email, please include a valid description of the reason for a return request, along with your order number, and various pictures of the product where relevant. We will endeavor to handle your request as quick as possible.
We do not refund for non-faulty products. If you wish to return a product, please email us with the necessary information, we will contact you with the information regarding the process to return it. Customers will be required to post it back to Flex Performance headquarters at their own cost, once we receive the product you will be issued with a store credit to be used at flexperformance.org.
For supplement returns, please ensure the product is intact, with all labels and seals unopened/untouched, and product undamaged in any way. . For apparel the products must be unworn, unwashed, and intact without any damage. If the product has been opened or damaged in any way (supplements or apparel) we will be unable to offer any compensation or credit. We do not offer any refunds or return simply for change of mind, or because the customer did not like the supplement flavor/effects etc.
Store credits issued are not redeemable for cash, and must be used within a given time period. Store credits don't include shipping where applicable, and are redeemable for the amount paid for the product returned. Customers are responsible for all costs involved in sending products back to Flex Performance. If the product we receive is deemed to not meet our standards (i.e. has been opened, used, damaged in any way) the customer will be contacted and offered to have it sent back at their own cost (without a credit or refund).
For faulty products, customers must contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the item. After 7 days elapses we are not cannot issue a return or refund. Please email us with as much detail as possible including as many pictures and evidence as possible. Please note if the item has light damage from the courier and is still deemed perfectly useable by us, we are not liable for this.
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately if the order has already been shipped we are unable to cancel the order at this point, and you then will be offered to send it back once received at your own expense for a store credit.
Please be advised, sales items and bundles we are not able to return, and Flex Performance items purchased through another store or third party will need to be organized through that retailer.
